Our Story CoCal Landscape Since 1992

CoCal Landscape's story started when Jesus 'Chuy' Medrano co-founded the business in 1992. His decades of experience creating and cultivating landscapes in the greater Front Range of Colorado means your property will benefit from the best landscaping techniques and sustainable programs.

Our WaterRight program is based on the same ideals of environmental stewardship and sustainable landscaping that makes our company unique. During the 2002 drought, we recognized the importance of diligent water management in the Denver, Colorado, area. We equip your landscape with the right tools and expert oversight to conserve water. Our irrigation systems distribute water only where it's needed, and we regularly monitor our irrigation systems to prevent water waste and backflow.

Today, we're also making strides in converting to cleaner energy and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. All of our gas-powered mowers have been exchanged for propane-powered mowers. These burn cleaner and use locally sourced propane to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions even further. Not only does that reduce the environmental impact of regular mowing and trimming, but your property's air also stays cleaner.

Tim Tebow's Night to Shine

Friday June 4th, CoCal participated in the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) event for "Brent's Place".

Brent’s Place provides apartments for families with very sick children, while they're going through treatments. The event was able to raise $10,000 for them.

Held at Rocky Mountain Christian Church. This is a “prom/homecoming” dance for special needs children. Stacy and Mari put together beautiful flower arrangements for all the tables and it looked amazing!
