From Chihuahua, Mexico, to Colorado: A Story of Hard Work & Determination

Jesus “Chuy” Medrano was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, where he grew up working on his family’s farm. Raised with strong values of hard work, resilience, and perseverance, he learned firsthand what it meant to cultivate the land and take pride in craftsmanship.

Seeking new opportunities, Chuy immigrated to the United States, where he found work in the landscaping industry. As a minority worker in a competitive field, he faced challenges but quickly proved his leadership and work ethic. His ability to connect with people and his deep knowledge of landscape management set him apart.
